The location of the building, its first floor planning necessitates the construction of a covered “foyer” on the territory of the business center, which can be used for alternative scenarios of outdoor events.

On the ground floor there are cafes, main entrances and entrance to the multi-level car park that co-exists with the building. Parking is an indicator of activities and all internal processes. The parking lot occupies three floors of the building and is designed for 242 places. The planning solution allows you to limit the upper floors of the parking lot without affecting or limiting functionality.

Office and public areas occupy the upper levels of the construction. The core of the building is the rooms that make up the complex space of "volumes" and "voids". This multifunctional spaces provide an active social life inside. Their shared amenities brings together professionals into friendly companies and can exist as a neutral zone for presentations or negotiations. A children's room, a shared dining area, or a small movie room and game room will allow to work overtime but not neglect rest or family. The office premises seem to wrap the common space of the rooms and have uniform natural light due to the facade.
